3. Booking and Payment for Services

    • The Breakthrough Strategy Meeting is a paid, high-value consulting session.

    • Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your date and time.

    • Specific terms regarding rescheduling and cancellation will be provided upon booking confirmation.

  • B. Ongoing Services

    Terms, payment schedules, and scope of work for the 90-Day Implementation Project and Outcome-Driven Management services will be detailed in a separate, formal Service Agreement or Contract provided to the client after the Breakthrough Strategy Meeting.

  • C. Refunds

    Due to the high-value, digital nature of our strategic planning and consulting services, our policy on refunds will be clearly stated in the individual service agreement. Generally, services rendered are non-refundable.
