I was recruited to build the Australian office structure, staffing, and systems entirely from the ground up. This project was all about creating an operational foundation that could be reliably replicated and scaled. It involved designing and implementing a complete operating model that was robust enough to be franchised, showcasing expertise in creating predictable, repeatable, and high-quality processes from day one.
